2013年中国土地出让金超3万亿元 创历史新高
中指研究院2日发布“2013年中国300城市土地市场交易情报”,300个城市土地出让金总额为人民币31304.5亿元,同比增加50%。2013年土地出让金排行前十位的城市是:上海、北京、杭州、重庆、南京、武汉、天津、佛山、广州和苏州。
300个城市土地出让金总额为人民币31304.5亿元,同比增加50%。共推出土地45187宗,推出面积177964万平方米,同比增加7%;共成交土地37208宗,成交面积143569万平方米,同比增加10%。
在成交的土地出让金总盘子中,住宅类用地(含住宅用地及包含住宅用地的综合性用地)21324亿元,同比增加57%;商办类用地7508亿元,同比增加57%;工业用地2224.6亿元,同比增加6%;其他用地247.9亿元,同比减少25%。住宅类用地出让金占总额的68%,较去年增加3个百分点,商办类用地出让金占比为24%,与去年同期基本持平。
2013年土地出让金排行前十位的城市是:上海、北京、杭州、重庆、南京、武汉、天津、佛山、广州和苏州。这10城市出让金累计为10721.6亿元,占300城市总额的34%。
上海今年继续位列榜单首位,出让金总额达2262.0亿元,同比增加128%;北京较去年上升两位位居第二,出让金总额为1821.8亿元,同比增加181%,是榜单中涨幅的城市;广州和佛山为新上榜城市,出让金总额分别为615.2亿元和642.5亿元,同比增加150%及48%。今年土地出让金收入前十名城市中仅武汉同比减少。
一线城市中仅深圳未进入榜单,但土地出让金总额较去年增加331%,排名上升10位以上,土地市场情况好于2012年.
贵阳市住建局加速疏老城建新城 促基础设施建设
市住房和城乡建设局召开专题会议,传达学习市委九届三次全会精神。
会议指出,市住房和城乡建设局要加强统筹协调,按照“疏老城、建新城”工作要求,围绕畅通工程二期等市政重点工程项目,推进城市基础设施建设,增强城市综合承载力。同时,强力推进示范小城镇建设,推动新型工业化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展,全面提升城镇基础设施配套水平,坚持走个性化城镇发展之路,引进社会资金投向小城镇建设。要积极推进保障房建设和分配,稳步扩大住房保障覆盖面,着力完善保障房小区商业服务设施和公建配套设施,让住房困难家庭住得进、住得下、能发展,实现“居有所乐”。
